The house heavily featured in Netflix’s hit show "Sex Education" was listed for sale for $1.8 million.
The 3,100-square-feet Norwegian-inspired chalet, located on the England-Wales border, offers breathtaking views of the river in Wye Valley and sits on more than four acres. The area is “well known for its stunning countryside, walks, and fishing,” according to the listing by Knight Frank.
In addition to starring in four seasons of “Sex Education” as the home of its lead character — Otis, played by Asa Butterfield — the property has been featured in many location shoots, including the Channel 4 series, according to the listing.
